10. Rental Terms and Conditions

10.1. General Conditions
10.1.1. Minimum rental period: 1 day
10.1.2. Driver’s minimum age: 24 years
10.1.3. Minimum driving experience: 1 year

10.2. Required Documents
10.2.1. Residents: Emirates ID and UAE driver’s license
10.2.2. Tourists: Passport and valid driver’s license (IDP may be required)

10.3. Booking Requirements
10.3.1. Passport and driver’s license
10.3.2. Address and delivery time
10.3.3. Email address
10.3.4. A 500 AED deposit link will be sent after verification. Remaining balance is payable on delivery (card, cash, or cryptocurrency).

10.4. Deposit and Payment Methods
Option 1: Zero Deposit
10.4.1. Available to verified residents and tourists with required documents

Option 2: Classic Deposit
10.4.2. 2000 AED refundable within 30 days
10.4.3. Residents may submit an open-dated bank cheque instead

10.4.4. Accepted payment methods: card, cash, bank transfer, cryptocurrency
10.4.5. All fines, tolls, and damage fees must be paid upon vehicle return. Final invoice due within 10 days.

10.5. Delivery and Return
10.5.1. Free delivery in Dubai for 3+ day rentals
10.5.2. Delivery charges:
– Dubai airports: 200 AED
– Sharjah: 500 AED
– Abu Dhabi (7+ days): 500 AED

10.5.3. Return location is flexible.
10.5.4. Delay over 2 hours = 1 extra rental day charge

10.6. Cancellations and Booking Changes
10.6.1. Free cancellation: 48+ hours before rental
10.6.2. Less than 48 hours: 50% of prepayment withheld
10.6.3. Same-day cancellation: prepayment is non-refundable
10.6.4. Changes require 24-hour notice and are subject to availability

10.7. Insurance and Liability
10.7.1. Included: Basic third-party insurance (TPL)
10.7.2. Full insurance (optional):
– At-fault accident (red report): 2500 AED deductible
– Not-at-fault (green report): no deductible
– Police report required in all cases

10.7.3. Not covered by insurance: tires, rims, underbody, glass, interior
10.7.4. Client bears all responsibility for uncovered damages and fines

10.8. Territorial Restrictions
10.8.1. Vehicle use is restricted to UAE territory
10.8.2. Travel to Oman is strictly prohibited

10.9. Fuel and Cleanliness Policy
10.9.1. Vehicle must be returned with full fuel tank
10.9.2. Refueling charges:
– <30%: 300 AED
– 30–50%: 200 AED
– 50–75%: 150 AED
– >75%: 100 AED
10.9.3. Smoking in the car:
1000 AED fine
10.9.4. Vehicle must be returned clean

10.10. Salik Tolls and Mileage
10.10.1. Salik: 6 AED per gate
10.10.2. Mileage limits:
– 250 km/day
– 1600 km/week
– 5000 km/month
10.10.3. Excess mileage: 10 AED/km

10.11. Early Return Policy
10.11.1. Weekly rental: early return charged at daily rate
10.11.2. Monthly rental: early return charged at weekly rate
10.11.3. Immediate termination: charged at daily rate

10.12. Prohibited Use and Fines
10.12.1. Desert/restricted zones driving: 50,000 AED fine + full repair cost
10.12.2. Unauthorized modifications (e.g., tinting): 30,000 AED fine
10.12.3. Strictly prohibited driving behavior:
– Drifting, racing, donuts, skidding
– Harsh acceleration/braking Fine: 10,000 AED + full damage cost
10.12.4. In case of violations: vehicle may be remotely disabled and recovered; fees and deposit are non-refundable
