User Agreement

1. General Provisions
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between Sky Luxse Rent a Car L.L.C (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and any user of the website www.skyluxse.com (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
1.2. Company’s registered address:
 30 Crescent Road, Grandeur Residences, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE.
1.3. Contact information: info@skyluxse.com.
1.4. The Company’s main business activity is car rental services for short-term and long-term periods within the UAE.


2. Use of the Website
2.1. The website provides Users with information about available vehicles and allows Users to place preliminary booking requests via the integrated Rentsys system.
2.2. The booking itself is processed through the third-party service Rentsys. The final rental agreement is signed upon receiving the vehicle.
2.3. The User agrees to use the website for lawful purposes only and not to violate any applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.


3. Rental Conditions
3.1. Minimum rental period: 1 day.
3.2. Minimum driver’s age: 24 years old.
 Minimum driving experience: 1 year.
3.3. Required documents:
For UAE residents: Emirates ID and a valid UAE driving license.

For tourists: Passport and a valid driving license (sometimes an International Driving Permit may also be required).

3.4. A booking requires a deposit of 500 AED after document verification. The remaining payment is made upon receipt of the vehicle (cash, credit card, or cryptocurrency).
3.5. Detailed terms regarding deposits, insurance, mileage limits, returns, changes, cancellations, and prohibited activities are available on the website in the “Rental Terms” section and are an integral part of this Agreement.

4. Personal Data
4.1. When filling out the feedback form or booking, the Company collects the following personal data: name, email address, phone number, and rental documentation.
4.2. Personal data is processed according to UAE law solely for the purposes of booking, rental processing, and customer communication.
4.3. The website uses cookies to enhance user experience and for analytical purposes.


5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by the Company or used legally.
5.2. Copying, distributing, transmitting, publishing, or otherwise using any materials from the website without the Company’s written consent is strictly prohibited.


6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Company is not responsible for interruptions in website operation, loss of data, damages, or loss of profit arising from the use of the website.
6.2. The Company is not responsible for the operation of the third-party service Rentsys used for bookings.
6.3. All information on the website is provided “as is” without warranties regarding its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

7. Modification of the Agreement
7.1. The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice to Users. The new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the website.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1. This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by the substantive laws of the United Arab Emirates.
8.2. In the event of failure to resolve disputes through negotiations, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of the Emirate of Dubai.

9. Final Provisions
9.1. By using the website, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accept the terms of this Agreement without any reservations.
