Deposit and Payment Methods
- Option 1: Zero Deposit (commission 200 AED, non-refundable, available for rentals over 3000 AED)
- Option 2: Standard Deposit (2000 AED, refundable within 30 days)
Payment options include cash, credit card, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. Any additional costs (fines, Salik, damages, etc.) must be paid upon vehicle return.
Delivery and Return:
- Free delivery in Dubai for rentals from 3 days
- Dubai airports: 200 AED. Sharjah: 500 AED. Abu Dhabi (minimum 7-day rental): 500 AED
Late returns over 2 hours will be charged as an extra rental day.
Changes and Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before rental
- 50% prepayment charge if canceled within 48 hours
- No refund for cancellations on the rental start date
- Changes allowed 24 hours prior (subject to availability)

- Full-to-full fuel policy; insufficient fuel incurs a fee from 100–300 AED
- Smoking inside the vehicle: 1000 AED fine
- Vehicles must be returned clean
- Salik toll: 6 AED per crossing
- Mileage limits: 250 km/day, 1600 km/week, 5000 km/month. Overlimit: 10 AED/km
- Early returns follow adjusted rates depending on rental period.
Prohibited Actions and Penalties
- Off-road driving, racing, drifting, aggressive driving — heavy penalties apply (from 10,000 AED to 50,000 AED + damages)
- Unauthorized modifications (including window tinting) are strictly forbidden.
